Every time I log on I see - 2 people chatting (or whatever number). I am just wondering where is the chat at? Do you have to register somewhere else for that?

Click on the Support Forum button on the orange bar.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click where it says click here to chat.

It is tempermental sometimes and doesn't work for all systems.
