After losing 100 lbs, I'd think you'd be used to the ups and downs of the scale. I sure am.
I know I shouldn't do it, but I get on the scale twice a day. This morning I noticed I gained a pound overnight. I hadn't eaten or drank anything!
It's probably just some flukey thing, stick to the program and the scale will show your progress eventually.
Happy LC'ing!

I think on this WOE people forget how important cals are! I found as soon as I got back down to 1300-1500 a day I lost again. Contrary to what many locarbers think, cals are the final determinant of loss (however, the lbs are much easier to lose if you also cut the carbs.) cals and carbs, thats what I say! I too find it very helpful to keep track exactly what I eat, its like a monthly budget almost! BTW, my DH thinks I am crazy for having such detailed accounts of my eating!
