Hi Law
Had a look at your previous post. Are you having a stall? Your food intake looks pretty good, could be a bit down, but on the whole is ok. Have you tried starting a FitDay journal. Its an excellent tool for monitoring your food intake. One mistake I made when I first started Atkins is I was watching the "carbs" and not the "calories" also. I seem to have that under control now. Fitday makes it soo easy.
I posted once re a stall. Could not understand why I had not lost weight when I'd been spot-on with the carbs. From the responses (thank you all), it is not uncommon. Giving your body time to catch up with you. I was told that even tho the scales were not moving, I'd probably still be loosing inches. And, you know what, IT'S TRUE.
If I can help in any way, give me a yell. I know I appreciated all the support from the great people here.
Cheers...Pam

Hi Pamlyn
Thanks for the info. I have been watching the carbs and not the calories.
How do I access the fitday site and do you put everything down you eat?

www.fitday.com is the site, just register :D
if you want people to be able to see it then you need to make it open to the public (there is an option on your home page)....
re: carbs v calorie watching thing, we should always eat less than we are burning up but don't let them get too far down, some people fall into the mistake of thinking that dropping calories really low (eg under 1000) will make them lose weight faster - it doesn't as it sends your body into starvation mode... keep your fat intake up, eat less than you expend and keep the calories to about 10-12 x your current body weight. Fitday will tell you how many calories you are burning up in terms of basal and lifestyle activities, you can also add your exercise to the list as well..
