Well I am starting a gym log so that I can see how well I am doing. I have to say this week hasnt been so good I only made it there 2 times. But here is what I did.


Monday- 20 minutes on the treadmill
100 Sit ups on the machine at 70 pounds

Tuesday-20 Minutes on the eliptical machine(I think thats what its called)

I worked on upper arms, inner thieghs, outer thieghs, and legs.


Hopefully it will be a better week next week.

Well its monday morning the 28 the of April

Heres what I did at the gym this morning.


20 Minutes on the cross trainer machine- that was a great workout.

60 situps

and I worked on legs, thighs, arms

I it was a hour workout.

Yesterday we went to the flea market(outside) so I did a little walking there.

Unitll tommorrow

Well it's Wenesday and I went to the gym this morning. Boy I worked hard this is what I did.


25 min on the cross trainer ( did 2 miles)

80 sit ups

worked on legs, arms, chest, thighs
