Hi Everyone
Not sure if you have tried this stuff yet, but it is delicious and it is sugar free, I also think it is nitrate free too. They market it as:

'Bacon as it use to be'

I get mine from New World in Island Bay, Wellington.

Sorry! I got the wrong word! It is called Hendersons bacon. They also do normal bacon for todays world - i.e. sugar laden etc, so check the label before you grab it.
