I feel the same way. I started eating eggs again for the first time in 12 years to enable myself to do Atkins. Every single one makes me cringe. Blah.

I know its not going to be any help for breakfast, but if you happen to eat seafood you can use eggs instead of flour to coat your fish before frying it - if you put all the spices in with the eggs it ends up like a quite tasty 'batter' and bumps the protein up that much more. I'm sure the same theory could work for other foods as well.

Hi I can about imagine that eggs all the time would be a disaster. Here is a couple more breakfast suggestions. Keto foods have cold cereal out that have like 2 or 3 ECC's per serving, splash a little low carb soy milk or a little cream and your off. Also scrambled Tofu is good, and Boca has "Sausage" pattys with only about a couple ECC's per serving. I personally drink an Alka Thin Shake with keto type either orange or cranberry powder in it. It comes out to about 9 carbs, but it holds me all morning, and it energizes me. So it never hurts to have too many suggestions, everyone had some great ideas, Judy

I`ve also found that veggie bacon (Like Yves brand) is really high in protien and really low in carbs relative to a lot of the other soy`trying-to-pretend-its-meat` products.
